Terms of Service

• Dungeon Blitz is a free, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or rights holders of the games it is based on; their names and trademarks belong to them.
• The game is provided "as is" and "as available". Servers may go down, progress may be rolled back after a fault, and features may change or end at any time.
• Optional purchases (such as Dragon Idols) only unlock in-game content. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable except where the law requires it.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission where your country requires more.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not sell, trade or share accounts.
• Hero and clan names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonate others; we may rename or remove them.

• No cheating: no modified clients, bots, macros that play for you, memory editors, speed hacks, packet tools, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs to Support instead.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, advertising or sharing other people's personal data in chat, voice chat or on Discord.
• Do not attack, overload or try to break into the servers, the website or other players' accounts.
• Redeem codes, daily wheel prizes and events are for normal personal use; abusing them (multiple accounts, automation) can void the rewards.

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, mutes, removal of items gained unfairly, temporary or permanent bans. The anti-cheat and moderators decide case by case; you can appeal through Support.

The Dungeon Blitz Discord application shows your game activity (Rich Presence) through the Discord app on your computer and may provide community features on our Discord server. Using Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• To the extent the law allows, TamDesk is not liable for lost progress, lost items, downtime, or any indirect damage from using the service.
• You can stop playing at any time and ask Support to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the game news. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
